This Privacy Policy explains how Video_Factory ("the app", "we") collects, uses and protects information when you sign in with your Google account.
1. Information we access
When you authorize the app through Google OAuth, it may access, depending on the permissions you grant:
- basic Google account information (name, email address, profile picture);
- your YouTube channel information (channel name, ID, list of videos);
- YouTube channel and video statistics (views, subscribers, watch time);
- permission to upload videos and edit video metadata (title, description, tags, thumbnail, privacy status, publish time) on your channel.
2. How we use the information
The information is used only to provide the app's features to you:
- uploading and scheduling videos you choose to publish;
- updating metadata and thumbnails of your videos;
- displaying statistics of your channels inside the app.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it and do not use it to build user profiles. We do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
3. Storage and security
The app runs locally on the owner's computer. OAuth access and refresh tokens and cached statistics are stored only locally on that computer and are not sent to any server operated by us. Data is transmitted to Google only over encrypted HTTPS connections through official Google APIs.
4. Sharing
We do not share, transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties, except to Google itself when calling YouTube APIs on your behalf, or when required by law.

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored tokens and cached data are kept only while you use the app. You can delete them at any time by signing out in the app or deleting the app's data folder. You can also revoke the app's access at any time on the Google Account permissions page or the Google security settings page. Locally stored data is deleted within 7 days after access is revoked or on request. To request deletion of any data, email mralkyz@gmail.com.
8. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
