These Terms of Service govern your use of Video_Factory ("the app"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Video_Factory is a personal tool for uploading videos to YouTube, managing their metadata and viewing channel statistics through official Google and YouTube APIs.
2. Your account
To use the app you sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for your account and for all content uploaded through the app. You can revoke access at any time on the Google Account permissions page.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You confirm that you have the right to publish it and that it complies with the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to upload unlawful content, spam, infringe others' rights, or violate Google's or YouTube's policies.
5. Third-party services
The app relies on YouTube API Services provided by Google. Your use of those services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, channel restrictions or other damages arising from use of the app or from changes or outages of Google services.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
